Cancellation Policy
When we have confirmed your booking, it means that all other enquiries,
for the night(s) you have booked, will be turned away.
In return we ask for a full 48 hours cancellation notice from
your expected time of arrival.
How To Reserve Your Booking
When booking, we ask for full address and debit /credit card details
to secure a booking.
Although we do not take any monies from your account at this stage,
we reserve the right in the event
of cancellation to take the cost of the first night's stay.
If we can fully re-let your room, then there will be no further
costs to you.
If we are unable to re-let the room, you will be liable for the
portion we are unable to re-let.
Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance
to cover any eventuality of you needing to cancel.
